10g EPON Chipset

Gennum now offers the industry's first integrated chipset designed to speed the development of emerging 10G EPON applications.

Gennum's proven GN7355 10G EPON transceiver chip, comprised of a limiting amplifier, laser driver and clock and data recovery (CDR), combines with Gennum's new GN7068 10G EPON TIA to enable a next-generation module solution.  This is the first integrated, cost-efficient chipset to ensure optimal 10G performance while greatly simplifying transceiver module development and significantly reducing time to market.
